Terms of Service
Welcome to ZenVPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and us, governing your access to and utilization of the ZenVPN application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or utilizing our App, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agree to abide by these Terms. 1. License to Utilize the App
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download, install, and utilize the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. 2. User Obligations
As a user of ZenVPN, you bear responsibility for your actions within the App. You agree to adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while utilizing the App. Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Copying, altering, distributing, selling, or leasing any portion of our App, nor may you attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the software, unless such actions are prohibited by law or you have obtained our written consent.
- Employing the App in a manner that could disrupt, impede, or negatively impact other users' enjoyment of the App, or that could impair the functionality of the App in any way.
- Compromising the security of the App or attempting unauthorized access through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
- Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their explicit consent.
- Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, or promoting activities that violate these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and all associated rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to ZenVPN. Your use of the App does not confer any ownership rights in the App or the accessed content. Except as explicitly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or the included software, nor may you attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code, unless such actions are prohibited by law.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
